How big a tent do you need?

A good rule of thumb is about 10 to 12 square feet per guest for a seated dinner at round tables, and 6 to 8 square feet per guest for a standing or cocktail-style crowd. Add room for a buffet, a DJ or band, a dance floor and a gift table. Our Tent Size Planner does the math for you, and we will double-check the layout before your date.

Contact us early in the year. Festival weekends repeat every year and popular dates book fast.
Share a site map. Knowing where food vendors, stages and utilities are lets us place tents where they work best.
Plan seating for the peak, not the average. The evening band or the parade usually brings the biggest crowd.
