We deliver and set up the tent, tables and chairs, and add lighting, heaters or restrooms if you need them. Then we come back and take it all down so you can enjoy the day.

How big a tent do you need?

A good rule of thumb is about 10 to 12 square feet per guest for a seated dinner at round tables, and 6 to 8 square feet per guest for a standing or cocktail-style crowd. Add room for a buffet, a DJ or band, a dance floor and a gift table. Our Tent Size Planner does the math for you, and we will double-check the layout before your date.

Graduation and party tips

Book early for May, June and July. Graduation weekends are some of our busiest dates.
Open houses have guests coming and going, so you rarely need a seat for every guest at once. Plan seating for the busiest hour.
Leave space under the tent for the food table, the dessert table and a memory board.
Check where your septic, sprinkler and utility lines are and point them out to our crew.
If the party runs into the evening, add tent lighting.
